SHIPPING: Our current estimated dispatch time is up to 3-4 business days. Shipping lead times may be affected due to the high demand of postage services as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. 

Shipping prices are determined by the zip code of the delivery address  and weight of your order.(from Rs.96 to Rs.148).  It Takes about 8 to 12 days to deliver within Delhi NCR and 12 to 18days to deliver Pan India.

Express Delivery: In Cases of Express Or "One-day" Delivery, 350rs. Extra will be charged on your total order. Please note that all Urgent deliveries will only be accepted within Delhi NCR.

Exchange & refunds: All items purchased from Moonbow are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. In this case, Our Customers can Claim a Voucher or Refund/Exchange of the Item within 48hours. All Damaged items' Request will be accepted only with an unboxing Video of the Damaged product, Videos showing 'only' the damaged products, will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel your Moonbow order after Confirmation and Preparations, you will incur a cancellation fee of Rs.499.

No Refunds will be Granted if Cancellation is Requested after the Order has been Dispatched.
